In-Person Newborn Workshop 

Date: February 26-27, 2027, 9 AM - 5 PM daily  

Teachers: Stacey Ash, Kawaii Roberts, Daphne Treadway 

 Host: Daphne’s Portrait Design 

 Workshop Location: 2026 Baldwin Pl., Clarksville, TN 37043

Terms of Contract  

1. The workshop fee is not refundable. If the Student is unable to attend, the spot may be re-sold to another photographer.  

2. If the Teacher is unable to host the workshop and rescheudling is not an option, the workshop fee shall be refunded to the Student. 

 3. The Student shall assist and cooperate with the Teacher in learning new skills. The Teacher shall not be responsible for information not taught as a result of the Student not expressing their desires to learn specific skills. 

 4. The Student shall not hold any of the hosts or instructors (Stacey Ash, Kawaii Roberts, Daphne Treadway) or their businesses legally responsible in the event that the Student is not fully satisfied with the results from the workshop. The Student and Photography Teachers will work together to correct any situation in which the Student is not satisfied with the workshop. In the event that an agreement can not be reached, the Student agrees that he/she will only be entitled to monetary damages in the amount the Student has made to Stacey Ash Photography. 

 5. I understand that any images taken with my own equipment may be used for my portfolio. Furthermore, I may only claim as my own the photographs that I take. 

 6. I understand that health epidemics are out of the Teacher's control. I will not hold Stacey Ash Photography, any Elevated Workshop instructors, or workshop hosts accountable for any health concerns following the workshop. I know that the Teachers take precautions and have safety procedures in place and will not knowingly put the Students' health at risk. 

 7. I understand that refunds are not available. It is my responsiblity to inform the Teacher if my spot is sold to another Student.

8. I agree to pay the full workshop amount and understand that my spot is not held until the workshop fee is paid.

I, the undersigned Student, hereby warrant that I am competent to contract in my own name. I confirm that I have read the herein agreement prior to its execution and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
